Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set up.
Should inform the OM/AOM/TL any matters or problem with related to guest satisfaction.
Should adhere the opening and closing procedure of the restaurant.
Check menu contains, daily specials, available not available items.
To ensure that all service is followed according to the sequence of service.
To ensure that all working area is kept clean following the Hygiene standards.
To ensure food and beverage orders are delivered as per the standards of Jumeirah.
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests by maintaining positive guest relation at all times.
Handles all complaints following the instant guest complain handling procedures.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5 star luxury restaurant or hotel.
Proven track record in training and developing staff.
Knowledge in cashiering procedures.
Excellent English communication skills.
Have a good knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage operations.
Ability to handle large restaurants and guest volumes on a daily basis.
Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
