About the Role:
An exciting role has arisen in the Finance Department at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, Kuwait for a highly motivated and hardworking individual. The main purpose of this position is to ensure efficient and controlled receiving and distribution of all products and services to all departments.
Control and record deliveries and issues of store items.
Make sure that products are kept according to company rules and to the local regulations and laws.
Receive goods according to company policies and procedures.
Keep stores and receiving bay clean.
Take part in the inventory process, accountable for inventory result.
Provide reports and statistics in comprehensive and accurate manner.
Follow company’s Operational Policies and Procedures.
Provide timely, and friendly service.
To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
In order to be considered for the role, you must possess a recognized formal qualification in Finance & Accounting.
You would also have 1 year working / Cross Training experience in Store & Receiving preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong command of the English language, verbal and written as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
