About the Job:
An exciting opportunity to ensure all guests are served and cared for through efficient operation of the Sports & Leisure reception desk, and to ensure they are fully informed of all services and facilities available at Talise Fitness.
Main duties include:
Welcome guests, greet guests and members, explain and up sell the facilities and services available.
Ensure guests are directed to desired locations and connected with the appropriate service.
Schedule reservations of Personal Trainers for guests and coordinate staff schedule to ensure prompt service.
Assist with administration duties: filing, products supply inventory and other duties required to support management and operations.
To report all problems and or complaints related to the S&L. Communicate via logbook & staff meetings, depending upon urgency.
To liaise with all related departments, confirm reservations, process engineering requests and maintain cleanliness.
To understand all current activities & promotions within S&L and Hotel.
Maintain daily operations, including opening, operating and closing procedures.
Participate in any scheduled training programs and attend the internal S&L meetings.
Record in appropriate logbook any guest requests, complaints or engineering requests.
As the successful Guest Services Assistant, you will ideally have previous sports & leisure/reception experience within a high quality leisure or hotel operation and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
You will possess good computer skills and be efficient and effective in your daily administration tasks. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language and ideally other languages also. You will demonstrate a positive, confident and enthusiastic manner and immaculate presentation.
