Responsible for managing content on F&B social media channels (restaurant and bar specific pages) such as but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, LINE@, Dianping, etc. including strategy and execution.

The F&B Social Media Executive will report jointly to the F&B Sales Manager and liaise with the continent office to support social media efforts, as they relate to F&B, understand key customer satisfaction drivers and contribute social media-specific solutions that enhance the hotel’s F&B reputation and presence online.

The F&B Social Media Executive is responsible for managing online communities and building a social CRM that can be leveraged to improve visibility, customer satisfaction, engagement and advocacy of the hotel’s restaurants and bars, talent and products. The goal is to establish a positive online presence for the hotel’s F&B outlet(s) by integrating property-specific brand messaging into all customer touchpoints and across all platforms in a compelling, seamless way, measure its impact to the hotel’s overall business and distinguish the hotel as a F&B thought leader on social media.
