  • To be responsible for all I.T. related matters within Hotel to provide sufficient service and assistance to all users on a 24-hour basis
  • To plan, direct, control and manage the I.T. infrastructure to ensure both operation and system environment are properly maintained.
  • To equip, maintain, operate and keep updated all I.T. systems
  • To coordinate and communicate with users to identify needs, evaluate and justify new products, software packages to enhance all systems to meet user requirement.
  • To ensure the efficient and effective utilization of I.T. resources.
  • To administrate all the I.T. matters according to the policy and procedure of the department and the hotel
  • Experiences and skills required

  • Degree / Diploma in I.T. discipline 
  • Hands on experience in I.T. support
  • 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Good command of communication skills in English and Chinese
  •
