Responsible for combining strategic planning and day-to-day management activities of both outlets (Chinese Restaurant and Bar).  The role is both business-like and creative, particularly in terms of marketing and business development. 

In charge of two outlets, the Operations Manager must drive revenue and profit maximisation whilst focusing on operational synergies to deliver a unique guest experience.

As the business leader in charge the objective is to actively manage the restaurant and bar in an entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach. He / She must will identify opportunities for innovation by developing an attitude of continuous improvement through collaborations with key stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the selection, hiring, training and development of team members, sequence of service, delivery of exceptional guest and colleague satisfaction, oversight of departmental administration, and implementation of effective control of inventory and labour costs across the entire operation. 

 

Experiences and skills required

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel & Catering Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3-4 years'' relevant working experience in similiar position title 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Well-versed in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Mature with positive thinking and guest oriented and good people management skills
