We are looking for passionate and ambitious chefs to join our award winning team at The Kitchin and sister restaurants including the new bistro Southside Scran in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh and the new gastropub with rooms, The Bonnie Badger in Gullane, East Lothian.

Southside Scran is the latest venture from Kitchin Group which is due to open early November in the Bruntsfield area of Edinburgh. The neighbourhood bistro which is will feature a rotisserie grill and a state of the art kitchen will apply the ‘From nature to plate’ ethos synonymous with Chef Tom Kitchin and team.

The Bonnie Badger is the new exciting gastropub with rooms based in the charming village of Gullane, East Lothian. The hotel will feature an impressive Dining room with a state of the art kitchen, 14 bedrooms, a bar and a Private dining room. In line with Chef Tom Kitchin’s ‘From Nature to plate’ philosophy, the hotel is due to open late November after an extensive refurbishment.
