Duties

The candidate will be responsible for performing administration work related to recruitment, compensations and benefit, personnel database, training and employee activities.

 

Requirements

· Holder of High Diploma / Degree in Human Resources / Hospitality Management preferred

· Excellent command of spoken and written English, command of Putonghua is an advantage

· Highly proficient in basic office software such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint

· Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Possess an innovative and creative mindset

· Ability to pick up trends and engaging in social media platform
