Responsibilities

Managing administrative tasks related to graduate attraction including but not limited to cv tracker, interview tracker, feedback reports, internal and external email communications
Liaison for the internal internship community program, supported by the People Engagement Manager
Planning and coordinating campus events across KPMG UAE & Oman. Ensuring that the professional brand is represented throughout events with set up and by managing branding material inventory
Contacting and working with university representatives, vendors and internal contacts
Capturing photographs and impressions at events for social media and internal communications
Occasional adhoc tasks within the People, Performance and Culture (PPC) team
Taking part and enjoying yourself!

Duration

6 months (March – August 2021)
Sunday – Thursday, 09:00 – 18:00
Combination of remote and in-office working
Compensation
To be discussed at the interview stage

About you

Education
Completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Marketing or Event Management.

Knowledge & skills
Excellent written, read and verbal English communication skills. Bonus points for excellent Arabic language skills.
MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Displays creativity and analytical thinking.
Well-organized with a fine eye for detail and a strong ability to multi-task.
Self-motivated, team-oriented and solution driven with an outgoing and positive attitude.

Requirements
Dubai-based
Own visa sponsored by parent or university, valid for the duration of the internship (proof of documents and NOC will be required)
Able to arrange own transport for office or campus visits
  • Language required: English.
