About the job
En collaboration avec la Direction et toute les équipes, vos missions seront (liste non exhaustive) :
- Aider la réception dans les tâches quotidiennes (check-in/out, réservations...)
- Répondre aux demandes de conciergerie
- Participer à l'amélioration du service client
- Relayer la directions dans plusieurs tâches (débiteurs, caisses...)
- Revenue Management
- Aide au service petit-déjeuner
- Contrôle des chambres
- Aide à la gestion des commandes et des inventaires
2 jours de repos par semaine
Poste non logé
Pratique de l’anglais indispensable
- Department: Revenue Management Administration Front Office reception
