Job description

Job Summary


Responsible for all RMA homeowner communication on a daily, monthly, annual basis.  Functions as a liaison between the owners, the brokerage and Resort.  Relationship building. 
Coordinates owner and owner guest reservations.
Responsible for tracking owner occupancy and reservations.  Review for any violations.  Also, coordinate and oversee mailing of annual Owner Occupancy Calendar each summer.
Operations
 
Schedule repairs and preventative maintenance for RMA owners.
Proficiency needed on hotel''s reservation system.
Schedule annual projects: AC servicing, drapes and carpet cleaning, replace refrigerator water filters
Billing accuracy for villa repairs
Regular property inspections inside each villa and easement areas for items/areas needing attention by engineering.
Work/Communicate with rooms division on any and all items effecting guest stays, guest complaints, coordinating repairs/maintenance and blocking any units from inventory.
Work/Communicate with engineering team regarding repairs and ordering parts
Oversee daily, direct and control leasing maintenance staff for RMA owner R&M
