Oversee the Front Office team at this 60 story, contemporary luxury 234 residential-styled guest rooms and suites in the city that never sleeps in New York City! The hotel is seeking a polished and mature individual for their 5 star/5 diamond award hotel. Gain hands on work experience as an Front Office Duty Manager!
You will oversee the front desk, bell/door, and guest relations which is about 10 people a day. Your phases of training will be learned throughtout the 18 months. You will train between 40-50 hours per week. Benefits: One complimentary meal per shift in the hotel's cafeteria will be offered. The hotel is unable to offer housing. Please see HRC recommendations regarding housing options in the city and make sure you reach out to your buddy before your arrival.
You will accure PTO as of your first day of training and can start using this time off after 90 days.
You will need to bring your own suits for this role.
