The Intern Market Communication (Marcom) trainee is responsible for both internal and external communication. This includes creating and implementing communication programs that effectively describe and promote the company and its products. It also includes performing a variety of tasks, such as the creation, development, and coordination of print and online demand generation content, email marketing, web site management, press releases, newsworthy articles, white papers, corporate videos, marketing collateral, event management, and marketing performance-related tracking metrics. The Intern Marcom trainee’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts reflect the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Update & improve sales document
- Create promotion & packages
- Managing the coordination of film and photography
- Create backup graphic for different offers
- Managing online images gallery via Dropbox
- Selecting and maintaining photo galleries
- Work in collaboration with Polaris, a creative marketing agency
- Increases our online presence in directories or public
- Write descriptions and update the news of the hotel
- Improve the brochures of the hotel with texts & images
- Update website with the latest news
- Department: Content & Communication Communication Sales & Marketing

- Good oral and written communication skills in English and French, other languages are an asset
- Autonomous & have excellent organization skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign...) is an asset
- Language required: French. English is a plus
