MISSION FOR THE POSITION:
Learn how to keep well informed all departments on a daily basis
To obtain the maximum level of service. “exceed expectations” G.C.C
To support all departments and helping providing a first class Butler service
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
To help the Butler team to provide hotel sheets and updated information to the different departments, being clear and precise of changes or updates
Review reservations: Guest likes & Dislikes. Assure services and updates for all guests
To guarantee total guest satisfaction for the guest before, during and after staying at Le Domaine. (To achieve high satisfactory scores at Guest Comment Cards)
To solve and to anticipate all guests needs in an efficient manner.
To know and to perfectly transmit to guests the product LeDomaine: Good Knowledge of Hospitality Program in English and Spanish
Support reservations department with incoming hotel calls
To acknowledge the Butlers check list, procedures and standards: To develop shift on an efficient manner (Cashiering, Arrivals, Inhouse, etc..)
Prepare welcome Drinks and fresh/Warm towels as well as amenities for arriving guests (To serve Rooms: W. Letter, Amenities and Room Directory. Refresh them on a daily basis)
