There is an excellent opportunity to join the growing sales team at first MGallery Hotel Collection property, Le Louise Hotel Brussels.

The successful candidate will grow sales and will meet and exceed the sales targets and KPI’s assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager, whilst promoting Le Louise Hotel Brussels within the corporate market place and designated areas. The Corporate Sales Manager will grow corporate sales and meet the agreed business plans and company strategies.


Job description :
- Develop and forster, hotel business through pro-active sales, tele-sales, direct mail, sales calls, site inspections and business trips
- Identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue to meet/exceed assigned targets
- Set goals and determine action plans to achieve targets and KPI for new and existing business
- Quote – negotiate local and global corporate RFP contracts
- Update account actions and contracts in ANAIS (Salesforce) as needed.
- Entertain customers and or bookers as required
- Close communication and collaboration with individual reservation manager and MICE team
- Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and promote a good company image to guests and colleagues
- Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment

About you

Profile :
- Minimum 1 year sales experience – prior experience in handling corporate segments for hotel or travel industry is a plus
- Knowledge of global account management an advantage
- Solid foundation on client handling & business development
- Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear sales acumen and aptitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Strong in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English and French, Dutch is an strong asset
