You are the maestro and conduct your orchestra in different paces “ if needed you take over the trumpet as part of the team.When you leave in the evening you have done 20 different jobs “ and made 20 different guests happy and most of all you made sure that there are positive vibes between the departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Director of Rooms Division
  • Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
  • Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Supervises and manages employees. Managing all day-to-day operations
  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
  • Handles guest problems and complaints effectively.
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

  • You are flexible, adaptable, eager and organized person
  • You have a good command of English and German
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role
  • You enjoy dealing with people

  • You like to take responsibility and being in charge
