Job description

Le Chef de Partie s'occupe de la (e)/du :
• Fabriquer et dresser les plats de sa partie en respectant les délais;
• Contribuer au développement de la carte;
• Respecter les fiches techniques et les standards;
• Contribuer à l'entretien du matériel et des espaces de cuisine;
• Respecter les consignes d'hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP);
• Organiser et contrôler le travail des commis

Le Pigonnet
