Gain hands on experience as a Sous Chef in training. The hotel has a Celebrity US Chef restaurant who has create award-winning food. In the summer the hotel opens up a rooftop bar that you also be exposed too! The hotel will be re-branded in Nov 2020 to Yotel Washington DC.
You will need to bring your own knives. Bring your own pants, chef coat, and non-slip shoes.
No employee meals are offered, during your break you can bring in your own food or go out for food. The hotel will accommodate you up to 14 nights and pay for room and taxes; based on occupancy. Over the 12 months of employment, you will accrue up to 10 days of vacation time and 7 sick days; please check with Human Resources for additional information. The hotel can coordinate airport pick up from Ronald Regan or Dulles International Airport. Please contact HR to coordinate.
