After an extensive renovation Lily Beach Resort & Spa was reopened in 2009 as a 5 star Luxury resort, introducing the unique, pioneering concept of “Affordable Luxury” - the first 5 star All-Inclusive Platinum Plan Resort in the Maldives.
We are currently looking for an experienced Front Office Manager who is dedicated towards their work, focused and has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Strong desire for excellent hospitality towards the guest with emphasis of developing the attitude of the related staff in partnership with Housekeeping, Guest Relation as well as Food and Beverage regarding all aspects of service delivery. Responsible for the overall smooth and cost effective operations of the Front Office. Must be thoroughly familiar all aspects of FO Operations with at least 5 yrs experience in reputed Five Star Hotels such as Four season, Hilton, St Regis, Kempinski etc... Must assist all staff under her control in the accomplishment of their objectives. Must accomplish obligations and goals as outlined by the Executives.

Requirements
-3-5 years experienced in similar position in 5* Resort/ Hotel.
-Must be well-versed in OPERA Front Office system
-Good communication and leadership skills
-Able to understand and adjust to remote island working environment amongst an international team.
