Rosewood Hotels Group is looking for a Corporate Sales & Marketing Assistant.
The Corporate Sales & Marketing Assistant works with the VP of Sales, Distribution and Business Performance managing the budgeting and financial reporting and analysis for Corporate Sales and Marketing departments and compiles key monthly and ad hoc reports for the Global Sales Team. Supports the pre-opening sales and marketing efforts for new hotel openings and new projects as needed.
Responsibilities
Manage Sales & Marketing SOPs; participating in SOP review and revision and maintaining centralized online SOP directory.
Development and preparation of Fact Sheets, Sell Sheets and Sales Presentations using existing content as well as developing new content
Assist in the organizing & coordinating of Annual Sales meetings, Regional sales meetings, conference calls and department meetings.
Manage Corporate Marketing Monthly Financials in Hyperion, provide budget variance explanations to Finance each month and any accrual or forecast updates.
Manage property billing of Sales and Marketing projects and work closely with property Controllers and DOSMs if there are any questions and improve communication to properties
Compile the monthly incentive reports for Group, FIT and GNA for the RSO teams and ensure timely submission of quarterly incentive payout forms.
Job Requirements: Qualifications
Two to three years' marketing and sales experience; previous experience with a luxury retailer or hospitality brand, preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Hyperion, Solidus & Salesforce
