His/her overall duties include menu development, work planning, purchasing, personnel management, etc. Provides practical aid for a smooth operation of the department and is responsible for the management therefore.

About you
- General knowledge of the food and culture of a given field ;
- Ability to create new menu items in keeping with the general trend ;
- A good communicator and excellent inter-personal skills ;
- Must demonstrate an accurate understanding of how to calculate and manage cost ;
- Must demonstrate an understanding of, and skills to use, kitchen facility, utility, equipment and must possess the ability and skills to create new menu items
accordingly to Yannick Alléno cuisine ;
- Must know applicable laws regardind food safety and general kitchen operation ;
- Must have a gastronomic experience.
- Ability to create new menu items in keeping with the general trend ;
