About the job

The Security Content Coordinator will coordinate the auditing of third party vendors who handle pre-release Lucasfilm IP in the production process. This individual will work in support of the Production, Technology and Security teams in identifying, auditing and approving vendor workflows and practices to ensure proper controls are maintained across Lucasfilm and Industrial Light & Magic (ILM).
Responsibilities
• Liaise with production planning teams, Technology and Content Security to ensure all production outsourcing partners are properly vetted and meet Studio Content Protection standards.
• Maintain relationships with third party partners to remain appraised of any infrastructure or workflow changes that may compromise integrity of approved security practices.
• Collaborate with Disney Studio Content Security team in scheduling and managing the audit and approval process between Production, Technology and Content Security.
• Provide regular reporting to reference with Production outsourcing to assure 100% vendor coverage of security compliance.
• Coordinate auditing and approval of applications that will host proprietary Lucasfilm IP and content to ensure proper controls are followed.
• Coordinate audit response for ILM third party partners when Disney Studio resources are not available.
• Partner with Business Affairs in addressing any ILM client Content Protection security needs and concerns.

Preferred Skills / Competencies:
• Strong background in Technology and/or Digital Security practices.

Technical Skills:
• Excellent computer skills including: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
• Filemaker experience preferred environment is critical.
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English/Journalism or Business Administration
• Minimum four (4) years office administrative experience preferably in a technology or production environment.
