Internship F&B Booking & Events – Lungarno Collection

Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented F&B Booking & Events Trainee to be part of the Corporate office team in Florence. Our research is aimed at students with the innate ability to be impeccable "hosts".

Trainee performs an internship for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the department activities.
The Trainee will be included in following activities:
• Managing the outlet reservations, replying to phone calls, email and text messages.
• Making sure there’s compliance with restaurant policies and internal standards.
• Collaborating with the F&B Managers and making sure all the reservations are communicated and confirmed via the operating system.
• Collaborating with the Events department and providing assistance in organizing the events.
Skills required:
• Strong social and communication skills
• A proactive, enthusiastic work attitude and has an eye for detail
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
• Training or working experience in hotel will be considered an additional asset
• Computer literacy to include Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
