Department: Guest Relations Reception Administration

About you

Person in charge of the welcoming department taking care of the management of the guest from arrival to farewell, customizing the experience according to the requests expressed before arrival and during the stay. In addition, he/she will ensure that the guest lives a unique experience, tailor-made, anticipating their needs and creating a climate of trust, in compliance with company standards.

Portrait requirements:
Energy and determination, desire to commitment towards a project, love for the city of Florence, attitude to smile, perseverance, and sense of elegance.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in similar positions for luxury hotels
• Fluent knowledge of the Italian and English language; the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of the Opera system or other hotel software
• Team working ability and excellent interpersonal skills
• Availability to shift work, nights included and weekend
It also requires passion, energy, attitude to smile, perseverance, desire to grow professionally and sense of elegance
