1.Commercial Focus :
- Territory / Accounts: China – CDFG, CNSC, WFJ and China Airlines
- Support MHAP in driving the development of sales and the brands equity by achieving sales, market share, and growth and profitability targets for Moet Hennessy portfolio
- Ensure the brand plans are being implemented within MHAP guidelines and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence to protect integrity of the brands while driving growth.
- Provide the highest level of service to key clients in order to build strong and lasting relationships with Travel Retail players.
- Identify actions and new opportunities for profitable growth in key doors for MHAP’s review & approval
- Support MHAP in negotiating trade terms, space allocation, assortment and pricing
- Support MHAP commercial negotiations at local level to maximize all business aspects (space & location, distribution, promotions and more) of your customers.
- Provide monthly sell out & retail KPI reports and own the analysis & action plans
- Define sell in/sell out targets in line with Moet Hennessy / MHAP business objectives. Responsible for aligning targets with customers on behalf of MHAP.
- Creating and monthly management of shipment plans aligned with sell out and marketing activities by market / customer to ensure sustainable growth, flawless retail execution and better accuracy of supply chain flows under the supervision of MHAP
- Responsible for annual review of distribution & assortment strategy and proposing change to MHAP
- Support MHAP on executing channel distribution strategy, monitor and ensure MH product distributed in agreed channels which has been specified in the term sheet for each retailers.
2.P&L Responsibility :
- Support MHAP to achieve agreed profit targets
- Responsible for Pré-Budget/Budget/LE2/Phasing preparation
- Responsible for Reporting: Mid-Month Forecast, R&O, Monthly report, D+1, Key customer performance
- Optimize FTT/A&P budget to ensure investments are aligned with business objective. Monitor and control spending on a monthly basis
3.Account Relationship Management :
- Lead joint business planning process, after approval by MHAP
- Support MHAP on develop quarterly business review plan and align with key customer for execution
- Coordinate with local teams and respond quickly to day to day requests to ensure close collaboration
- To have close cooperation with each customers and to provide market and consumer insight to MHAP on regular basis
Profil
Location: Beijing
Education : BA Degree holder
Languages : Fluent English & Chinese
Qualification - Professional experience & know how :
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in sales at international level ideally in Travel Retail and in Consumer goods with retail exposure
- International business negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of China markets and Travel Retail
- Experience of managing CDFG account is a plus, but not mandatory

Marketing & Sales planning :
- Propose and implement a detailed sales/marketing plan per customer, approved by MHAP
- Responsible for in store & online execution of MHAP approved brand plans
- Coordinate between internal departments & Retailer for campaign executions and ensure on-time content development.
- Ensuring the execution of all touch points of 360 launch plans (training, trade plan, incentives, digital /eretail)
- Excellence planning on new product launch activities including advance new product listing acceptance by customers, products delivery before marketing activation and OOS management
- Review & Analysis new launches / LED, VAP & activations performance
- Coordination & follow up of Digital activations (eg, social media posts on eRetailer social channels)
- Monitor competitive activity and trends in markets, customers, products, prices, and channels
Retail Excellence :
- Elaborate and implement a retail strategy . Define Objectives & focus
- Manage the Retail Managers/Supervisors and ensure they have a clear guidance on priorities and goals to achieve sell-out targets (stock, distribution, merchandizing), approved by MHAP
- Assist MHAP, in collaborating with the Retail managers in setting sales target & incentive plans
- Communicate to Retail Manager approved marketing/ sales plans, pricing activities by MHAP and expectations to ensure flawless execution
- Collaborate with Retail Operation & education team on:
- Training calendar & content for own sales ambassador team & retailer staff
- Development of Retail Managers/ Supervisors
- Review of store visit summary
Management :
- Manage the team of X + retail frontline staff of X Sales Ambassadors
- Constantly review motivator factors & Team recruitment, training and management
- Develop strong connection with MH domestic entity to represent TR Asia within the organization
