As ourAssistant Marketing Manager, Sephora Collectionyouhelp support the strategy and day-to-day marketing activities for seasonal product campaigns, promotional activations and marketing logistics. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to create robust 360 campaigns in support of various new and core products across Color, Skincare and Accessories.He/she/they will report to the Senior Marketing Manager (SMM), Sephora Collection.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the SMM in the strategic development of seasonal product campaignstargeting Gen Z audiences, heavily rooted in digital activations on, influencer programs, in-store events and paid social
  • Develop relationships with key Brand Management partners across all worlds to understand key product launches and develop seasonal fixture and digital briefs to bring those launches to life
  • Assist SMM in the planning of the Sephora Collection annual promotions strategy
  • Partner with Merchandise Coordinators to manage product needs for all marketing campaigns, campaign photo shoots, PR programs, and external marketing activations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners for integration within Sephora owned vehicles including site, mobile, email, media/affiliates, social/video and community
  • Partner with Brand Marketing for integration within Sephora retailer opportunities including Animations, digital advertising co-op and event activation integration
  • Identify relevant competitive/industry insights, to make sure Sephora Collection maintains leadership in the beauty/retail landscape
  • Support Marketing team members to procure seasonal campaign hind sighting metrics to help drive forward-thinking tactics and innovative opportunities to maximize our campaign spend and meet our KPI’s

We would love to hear from you if you meet the following:

  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of agency or marketing experience in a fast-paced work environment (previous beauty experience preferred, but not a must)
  • Strategic thinker who can quickly adjust approach and priorities based on brands’ nuances
  • Digital marketing experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive and flexible. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with internal and external parties
  • Self-starter, high degree of initiative and independence – not afraid to ask questions, take constructive feedback, lead new projects and “roll up your sleeves” for any task at hand
  • Comfort with ambiguity around changing priorities and ability to work independently
  • Ability to execute at a tactical and strategic level
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Proficient in: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
