Assistant Store Manager

While representing the FENDI DNA, the Assistant Store Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager to lead, coach and motivate the Collins Street team to achieve the store's KPIs.
The Assistant Store Manager will:
- Demonstrate sales leadership for the team by playing an active role on the sales floor.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships and sales with VIP clientele, existing clients and new clients.
- Suggest initiatives that will grow the store's local customer base.
- Provide regular business updates (sales trends, forecasts, competitor updates) to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that this service level is maintained by the team.
- Work with the Regional CRM team to implement campaigns targeting local clients.
- Identify, develop and motivate the team to reflect the company vision and business goals.
- Coach and train new team members.
- Have a thorough knowledge of operational controls, stock handling and inventory management.
- Ensure that the visual merchandising is consistent with company guidelines to maximise sales.
Profil
The successful candidate should:
- Have a minimum of 5 years retail sales and 2 years management experience with a passion for driving results.
- Build strong relationships to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Be fluent in English with a second language desirable.
- Be KPI and results driven.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have exceptional communication skills.
- Have excellent personal presentation.
