Your responsibilities include
  • Creating Amazing Customer ExperiencesThrough strong client focus and collaboration you ensure the team is energized and motivated to create a memorable experience for our customers. Provide support to team members and customers in challenging situations and use Sephora’s tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to elevate customer experience
  • Supporting Store SuccessYou will drive results by monitoring and analysing data, leading people, and making good and timely decisions to take the organization forward. Operating with energy and passion for the collective good, you will help make a beautiful first impression through ensuring the store is kept sparkling, services are exceptional, and all feel safe and welcome
  • Managing Day to Day Store OperationsYou will assist the store manager in driving operational initiatives and ensuring profitability and efficiency of your store. You will cultivate creativity & disruption to ensure the store represents our brand and culture, using our policies, values, and best practices as your guide
  • Enhancing our culture by engaging & inspiring through our Sephora valuesPassion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative. You will help others grow by understanding their strengths and provide coaching and development

We would love to hear from you if you have
  • Passion about excellent client service and experiential retail
  • Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and management skills
  • Experience as a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help teams succeed
  • A knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees
  • Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members
  • Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift and work in a fragrance filled environment & can handle and apply products to clients-with or without accommodation
  • Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and policies in the Sephora Employee Handbook
