Associate FP&A Manager

Position located in NYC (HQ)
Provide financial decision support to maximize profit from the development and execution of brand plans and in-market execution.
Support the Senior Manager in tracking the financial portfolio performance and as well as the Brand Group.
Planning & Analysis:
− Support all financial planning processes within MHUSA
− Work with Senior Manager, Marketing and Sales in the elaboration of the strategic plans, budgets, and latest estimates
− Participate in the determination of sales and depletion goals by brands, by states, by months with Sales, Operations
and Marketing
− Follow the price increases implementation
− Establish and track detailed A&P budgets with Brand teams on a regular basis
− Prepare monthly/quarterly depletion and P&L analysis for the portfolio review
− Work with the Senior Manager, Brand teams and regions to analyze A&P / FTT effectiveness
− Work with brand teams to develop, manage and track KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
− Review inventory and other balance sheet items related to brand activities
− Participate in analysis of risks and opportunities with Brand teams, Sales, and Operations for
presentation to MHUSA Senior management, Maison and MH Central finance teams.
− Utilize Anaplan in order to deliver efficient and effective management information
− Effectively use business systems tools for budgeting, reporting, tracking and analysis
− Participate in monthly and year end close in conjunction with the accounting department
Stakeholder Relationships:
− Partner with FP&A, Finance, Operation, Commercial Team and Region Finance
− Partner and support analysis for brands and stakeholders
Profil
Education: Finance Degree required; Advanced degree preferred
Languages: English
Professional experience: 4/5 years relevant financial planning or accounting experience
Technical & management skills:
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Mastery of MSExcel (advanced functionalities) and MSPowerpoint, MSOffice suite
- Experience with SAP ECC, practice of Hyperion (Essbase), Anaplan, and/or Cognos preferred
- Macro-programming in Visual Basic is a plus
