Poste

Operations Management

  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales target and leading the team with sales strategies
  • Conduct market research on market trend and competitors’ visit
  • Responsible for KPIs achievement
  • Responsible for inventory management, supervise stock transfer and ensure stock and back up storage is managed in an organized manner
  • Responsible for applying brand merchandising guidelines
  • Oversee all facts of store operation, e.g. billing, daily reconciliation report, management reports, cash management etc.
  • Completed requested reports and documents
  • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, counters and stock rooms at all time
  • Implement and support all security measures


Staff Management

  • Train, position & discipline staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
  • Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
  • Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff
  • Allocate individual specific qualitative and quantitative objectives to each staff member
  • Be responsible of the planning of monthly roaster for all the staff in the store
  • Ensure the grooming of the staff aligned with the guidelines of the brand
  • Participate in staff recruitment process
  • Encourage and support individual development of staff and build succession pipeline in the store
  • Conduct daily briefing to ensure target achievement and communication


  Customer Service and CRM

  • Ensure best customer services & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure satisfactory after sales service to customers in store
  • Attend to customer complaints when necessary
  • Implement activities to drive customer repeat visit and build customer loyalty, build and maintain key customers
  • Coordinate in-store events with Marketing team


Profil

Requirements

  • At least 8 years solid experience in retail operations and currently in managerial position, luxury retail experience and experience in high jewellery business is preferred. 
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Japanese & Korean will be of advantage)
  • Experience in working Professional qualification
  • GIA certificates preferred 
  • Good command of written and spoken English + Chinese (including Mandarin) 
  • Sales-driven and team oriented, strong analytical skill
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft office, Chinese word processing is a must
