JOB PURPOSE: 

Based in our Client Services Center in Jersey City, NJ, theClient ServicesSales Advisoris responsible for providingbest in class client servicebylistening and responding toeachclient’sspecific needsandresolvingefficiently and effectivelythrough strong and empathetic communication skills. This position will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding plannedKPI’s.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provideapositive, courteousand pleasantcustomerexperiencebyincorporatingallcore brand values andintegritythroughout each interaction.
  • Consistently providea highly professional approachand outstanding servicein orderto resolvecustomer issues;communicateeffectivelyand with empathy viaphone, email,social media and/orwritten correspondence.
  • Escalate any customer issuesthat require furtherresourcesto appropriate supervisor to ensureresolution is satisfactorily met.
  • Ensure that all customercommunicationsarehandledin line with Dior policies and processes.
  • Demonstrateand sharebrand awareness, storytelling and product knowledgewhen communicating with customers.
  • Drive to achieveand exceed sales goals and planned KPI’s.
  • Recommendnew andinnovative approaches toaddresscustomer concernsandsharesuccessfulideaswithin the teamand department.
  • Enteraccurate informationinto Dior link and that updates to the SCRM database are initiated as appropriate.
  • Ensure accurate data is included for statistics and workload analysis.
  • Developexcellent working relationshipswithinthe Dior network.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previousexperience in luxury customer service(preferably retail, hotel or conciergebusinesses)
  • Outstandingcommunication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong sales negotiation skills
  • Clear demonstration of acustomerfirst mind-set 
  • Highly motivated, energetic and inspirational team player
  • Abletowork a varied scheduleincluding hours/days/nights/holidays and weekends
  • Able tomulti-task and prioritize competing tasks
  • Fluent in English,proficiency inSpanish, FrenchorMandarina plus
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice 
  • Salesforce knowledge isa plus
