The Client Marketing Coordinator is a transversal contact within our marketing teams  between all the departments at stake on the direct marketing topics, as well as on all operational aspects of our events.

He/she is a key contact for each local marketing manager in EMEA to deploy the strategy on Direct Marketing activities (gifting & magazines) & is the key referent for Central teams on this subject.

Finally, the role of the Client Marketing Coordinator is to ensure a perfect roll-out and operational follow-up on all major events for the zone, being a key referent between Central and local marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

Under the direct management of the Europe & Middle-East Client Marketing Manager, this person will ensure the deployment on our zone of the Direct Marketing strategy for the zone.

This person will also be the EMEA referent on all operational topics of major events for the zone, and will be a key referent for all other departments involved of the House.

Direct Marketing follow-up

  • Together with the Marketing Manager, define the strategy for Dior Mag distribution for our zone & coordinate logistics (targeting of clients, mailing, in-store distribution)
  • Following the guidelines sent by Central Marketing team, share the guidelines for client gifts for the zone and ensure the follow-up of orders & shipment
  • Consolidate feedback on direct marketing tools and be proactive to define ad hoc initiatives for our zones for European and Middle-Eastern markets


Events Operational follow-up

COLLECTION LAUNCH

  • Define the planning of the collection launch presentations for the zone & ensure the coordination & logistics for the transportation of the product racks between our boutiques
    • Liaise with our warehouse to check on the delivery status of the products upstream of the events
    • Work with EMEA Logistics team for the ATA carnets for specific countries
    • Ensure the smooth transportation between boutiques & ensure a clear process regarding inventory


          UBERLUXURY EVENTS

  • Ensure operational follow-up on all major Uberluxury events of our zone
    • Organize bi-monthly calls with EMEA transports team to ensure a smooth process & organization for all major events
    • Work on the production part of the events
    • Be on-site during events and work on client treatment


          OTHER TOPICS

  • Be the key referent on operational topics (Mother’s Day, Easter, Eid, Xmas, etc.) for our zone & consolidate feedback and specific needs for European and Middle-Eastern markets
  • Be present during key events to support our local teams


Presentations for EMEA

  • Work on a weekly marketing reviews on all key events happening in the zone for Management Commitees
  • Work on Client Marketing presentations for Central team and other internal departments (Merchandising, Training, etc)


Profil
  • Master degree in Fashion/Luxury Management
  • First experience in “client marketing” within the luxury industry required
  • A previous work experience in the Middle-East would be a plus
  • At ease in working with transversal approach
  • Empathy, agility, reactivity
  • Precise, rigorous
  • Mastering client relationship during events
  • English/French are mandatory, a third language within the EMEA zone highly recommended (Arabic is a plus)
  • Flexibility to travel
