The Omni-Channel Coordinator will have 3 main roles:

- support e-commerce operations in the US and Canada by supervising stock allocation for order fulfilment and optimizing stock and assortment

- project management: key user in the roll out of our new OMS for Digital and roll out of e-commerce in Canada.

- work closely with dedicated E-commerce Team, Merchandisers, Supply Chain, Retail store operations, Business performance and logistics.

Profil
  1. Monitor and enable e-commerce orders fulfillment with a goal to minimize order cancellations:
    • Allocate stock for order fulfilment
      • Enable order fulfillment from stock available in stores
      • Initiate and follow up on all necessary stock transfers related to e-commerce activity
      • Monitor compliance for all transfer/rebalancing actions
    • Monitor stock shortages and coordinate with supply chain on replenishments
    • Build reporting tools and KPI’s for e-commerce Omni-channel operations:
      • Order fulfilment activity, backlog and lead-times
      • Order cancellations
      • Order fulfillment/Longtail store refusal rate
      • Analysis on category merchandize, including but not limited to seasonal vs permanent collections
  2. Project management:
    • Key user in the roll out for our new OMS
    • Key user in the roll out of Canada e-commerce
    • Successfully roll out and stabilize omni-channel process
    • Work with different departments such as E-commerce/Merchandising / Finance / Supply Chain to ensure smooth roll out of these two major projects
    • Partner with Operations to continuously improve, monitor fulfillment rates, omni-channel Ops
    • Optimize stock and improve overall network sell-thrus
    • Monitor daily activity on OMS platform
  3. Weekly and Monthly reviews:
    • Present key KPIs and Order fulfillment activity to management
    • Review Omni-channel order picks of seasonal/permanent products based on performance
    • Collaborate with Central eCommerce and Supply Chain teams in aligning global omni-channel strategies and stock management strategies


Information additionnelle
  • At least 3to 4 years’ experience in eCommerce Operations/Omni-Channel and/or Supply Chain
  • Excellent Excel skills (ie vlookup, sumifs, pivots), knowledge in Power BI
  • Analytical capabilities and agility, detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work across functional areas and levels of organization
  • Must have an extremely strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and accountable in a fast-paced work environment
  • Fluent English written and spoken, French is a plus
