The Sr. People Operations Generalist will support the Global People team with all day-to-day HR administration and operations to support our employees as well as company activities focused on new projects.

Specifically, this role successfully onboards new employees, ensures employees are set up with the right training and induction to the brand and employees files and HR data are accurate and up to date

HR OPERATIONS

  • Support Sr Manager in identifying new or update of policies and practices, prepare draft working with legal, research best practice in the market to thrive to be an employer of choice in all our HR practices
  • Manage all visa immigration process, working closely with lawyers, manager and employee
  • Manage employees relocation logistic; from quotes gathering, to oversee move timing, answer employees’ questions. Be the main point of contact to relocating employees and provide guidance and best customer service regarding temp housing, travels and other elements part of employees relocation cycle from start to finish
  • Manage Health & safety topics administration from communication with employees on a case by case basis regarding COVID or other public disease spread to update policies, protocols


HR Administration

  • Manage all logistics around onboarding of new hires, change of status of current employees and terminations (work in tandem with other departments to make sure all materials and assets are ready: IT, new hire gifts, access badge…)
  • Ensure all new hire packets are completed and processes in timely manner before employee start date and submitted on time in the HRIS system
  • Administer HR reporting such as monthly reports, organization charts, ad hoc HR reporting
  • Assist HR and Payroll team with Performance management reviews administration.
  • Provide general administrative support for the HR Dept including invoices processing, vendor set up,etc.


Engagement

  • Organizes and facilitates an exceptional onboarding experience to create positive early employment experiences and other development experiences for new employees.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups in planning and coordination of activities and compliance.
  • Create company engagement through, i.e. development and sharing of employee personnel announcements, circulation of company activities, etc.
  • Work with the HR team to plan, organize and manage employee engagement events including Think Pink Week, Service Awards, Spot Awards, Holiday Events, ERG activations, etc.
  • Special projects and other duties as needed or assigned.


Learning

  • Support roll out and adoption of new learning platforms and training opportunities.
  • Assist the Sr Manager of Talent Development in enrolling employees in learning programs and internal courses as well as organizing training sessions


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR administration / professional HR experience preferred specifically in either HR admin, operations, generalist role, or some other related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint, Visio and knowledge of design/video software a plus
  • Experience with HRIS such as ADP


Skills & abilities:

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work consultatively with hiring managers, supervisors and department administrators.
