As Product Marketing & Adoption Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the Consumer Engagement platform & tools to the Engage Community.

You should be an expert on the tools and features and promote their value and benefits to MH entities. Your role is also to make sure that the Consumer Engagement platform & tools are being utilized to full potential, providing maximum value to the Consumer Engagement community. In short; you will be responsible for solution promotion, driving Consumer Engagement adoption within MH and improving the maturity level of MH Entities.

This role requires ongoing engagement with Moët Hennessy Central Consumer Engagement Community, partners and providers.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

STUDY THE CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT PRODUCTS AND THEIR BENEFITS FOR USERS:

  • User insights: understand clearly who our users are and how they are using the tools, developing sharp customer insights. Conduct thorough research & surveys to understand what MH Community look for in their ideal products.
  • Meet regularly internal customers and prospects to develop a rich understanding of our customers, their needs, and how to drive value for them.


PRODUCT ROADMAP CONTRIBUTION

  • Suggest key strategic roadmap decisions and team up with the CRM Product Owner to pursue continued growth & user satisfaction


DEVELOP EFFECTIVE MARKETING STRATEGIES AND PLANS 

  • Develop engaging and educational product marketing campaigns that reach and impact Consumer Engagement Community.
  • Define and overview new features launch strategy and process, including collaboration with the Product Owner, and the Global Consumer Engagement team to streamline new feature launches.


DRIVE FEATURES ADOPTION & USAGE

  • Collaborate with the Consumer Engagement team to create high-impact product marketing content (product catalogue, newsletters, best practice use cases, tutorials, etc.) that drives interest and educates the end-users on the products’ features.
  • Track product performances and constantly seek improvements in connection with Consumer Engagement Data Analyst (MH maturity scorecard tracking and communication to MH entities, etc.)
  • Work with the Consumer Engagement Community and the Central team to support CRM vision, strategy, and process development in Markets & Maisons. Supporting the Community with best practices, webinars animation, etc.

  • Partners (Salesforce, Maxxing, Atos/Edifixio, Collibra, GetFeedback, DidUEnjoy, etc.)


Profil

ABOUT YOU

  • 5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Training Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrate expertise of tools: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Tableau
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Creativity
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Good Communication skills: strong presentation/communication/facilitation skills (oral and written)
  • Strong drive, project management skills, action-oriented mindset (thinker & doer)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to be self-starting and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment as well as in a team environment · Experience in an international environment working with a variety of cultures and countries.


LANGUAGES

Fluent in English and French, both written and verbally.

Other languages are advantageous.
