Profil
We are looking for a senior profile, a data expert who is able to popularize the importance of data collection and governance for business purposes. Someone who understands that data must be of quality and reliable in order to provide business value – yet adaptable and creative enough to find solutions and work with Maison needs. They must be very rigorous and able to create processes that allow for the scaling of defined services and products. They can think outside of the box and always looking beyond, and comfortable with new technologies eg. NFTs, Metaverse, Blockchain

RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Acquisition
- Support on the creation of group guidelines & best practices for data acquisition in order to increase customer, product and content knowledge and therefore business performance
- Understand that data is ‘All data, anywhere, any source’ and can take many forms – both existing and emerging
- Monitor Maisons according to a best practice model to assess strengths and opportunities to drive further growth
- Regularly review Maisons and activities to identify opportunities
- Identify the solutions/products and services recommended and/or developed at group level to help the Houses accelerate on these subjects (offer, business model, operating model, etc.) and build/manage shared teams to deploy them in the Houses
- Ensure that data collected is used (we are not overreaching)
- Adapt these elements to the specificities of each Division (Watches & Jewelry, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Fashion & Leather Goods, etc.)
Data Management & Product Ownership
- Ensure all data within the Group is mapped correctly and knowledge exists of ingestion points, flows, filtering
- Define rules facilitating the use and standardization of collected data (standard on taxonomy, nomenclature, metadata etc.)
- Define and formalize Data Management guidelines for Customer/Product/Content data and collaborate with the Data Platform team of the LVMH group to define and implement cleansing / deduplication / 360 customer & product view services, be the Product Owner of these subjects and specify the functional needs for the tech team.
Deployment of 360 Client & Product Referentials solutions with the Maisons LVMH
- Work closely with the Data Platform team and the Data Strategy team, in cross-functional Squads to identify and prioritize the needs of the Houses and implement the technical solution in the environment of each LVMH House.
Profil

- 8-10 years of experience in the field of Data, with knowledge of subjects such as RCU/360 Customer View/PIM, Business Consulting profile appreciated
- Experience as Product Owner on these topics for Tech teams
- Previous experiences with Customer Data Platform & Artificial Intelligence
- Very good command of English both written and spoken
- Energetic and user-oriented person. Ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
- Excellent project management to lead them from the framework phase to the final deliverable
- Leadership – Ability to unite the Maisons around common objectives.
