Reporting hierarchically to the Senior Director, Retail Training, the Regional Training Manager, West Coast is responsible for inspiring, training and coaching of the Fendi America’s retail network. The Field Training Manager works closely with the Retail Training Team, the Regional Vice President, Store Managers and Operations leaders, to maximize training impact and to react fast to the challenges and opportunities in the business. 

Job Responsibilities

•    Ensure the full execution of the Fendi Americas Retail Training programs within the West Coast Region
•    Coordinate and/or facilitate in-store On-boarding/Induction to all new team members, partnering with retail management to ensure delivery of the brand values and knowledge
•    Partner with store and regional management to support specific business objectives of stores/region with daily briefing and learning tools
•    Work with Retail Training Team to learn and facilitate training modules designed to support business objectives 
•    Encourage seasonal e-learning completion and follow up on rollout of global and zone initiatives
•    Provide coaching to store teams to support the improvement of Fendi Experience Flow behaviors and elevation of client experience
•    Support region in creation and implementation of action plans needed to achieve store and individual performance goals
•    Share report of activities with Retail Training Director and Retail Training Manager to ensure proper messaging and execution of training is achieved
•    Participate in Global Retail Training Conference Calls to acquire new skills, share best practices and updates
•    Support region and store-specific initiatives and pilots as needed
•    Organize administrative responsibilities and ensure individual budget guidelines are met.  
•    Track, monitor and evaluate the impact of all regional training activities in partnership with the Retail Training Director
•    Training content creation

Required Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering sales, service, or product training, preferably in Luxury Retail setting
•    Retail Training leadership experience
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for innovation, creativity, and the ability to deliver work with a standard of excellence 
•    Trainer of all store operation platforms. 
•    Adult learning qualification a plus                 
•    Takes initiative and is highly self-motivated
•    Strong presentation, planning and organizational skills
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills and experienced people manager
•    Ability to manage and deliver large scale projects across many locations simultaneously 
•    Ability to run reports and analyze data and KPIs, Excel knowledge required. Business acumen
•    Ability to work independently and self-management. 
•    Strong communication skills and ability to work successfully with all departments, to deliver impactful and simple messages
•    Problem solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, (Adobe Pro and Canva a plus
•    Analytic & creative thinker with ability to mix quantitative data with qualitative insights
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills. Thrives in fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and meets tight deadlines with appetite to learn.
•    50% Travel required 
•    Foreign language skills a plus
•    Ability to lift boxes / weight up to 10lbs
