Campaigns Marketing

  • Assist the in planning, briefing, and execution of campaign for Sephora online store and application
  • Coordinate cross-functionally and within the e-commerce team with Content to ensure accurate campaign copywriting and with Creative to ensure marketing material aligns with our business goals
  • Manage campaign preparation from variant creation for gift with purchase, coordinate between category team and warehouse team to ensure GWPs inbounded on time, review campaign assets readiness, and monitor campaign performance and gift with purchase inventory. 
  • Manage online promotion activation with regional team, analyze promotion effectiveness and provide recommendation on campaign strategy.
  • Oversee online operation execution, ensure smooth and timely execution of onsite communications, campaign promotion fully functioning across all platforms, and landing page product listing accuracy


Onsite Management

  • Coordinate with regional operation team to ensure accuracy of onsite setup on homepage real estate from website to application and oversee daily onsite update; follow-up on promotion creation requests, ensure banner upload accuracy, landing page and brand page optimized
  • Analyze onsite metrics to review effectiveness of campaign clicks, impression, and click-through rate to find improvement area for online store and application conversion with optimization plan from landing page, product listing, to creative assets
