Maison Francis Kurkdjian was born in 2009 from the encounter between Francis Kurkdjian, a renowned perfumer with scores of successful creations to his name, and Marc Chaya, Co-founder and President of the fragrance house.

The Maison Francis Kurkdjian collection is sketched like a fragrance wardrobe, with myriad of facets of emotions. Designed in the tradition of luxury French perfumery, it advocates nevertheless a contemporary vision of the art of creating and wearing perfume.

To fuel the growth of the Maison in Asia, we seek our new APAC Senior Marketing Executive, based in our Hong Kong office. He/ She will be responsible for supporting all activities related to the marketing operations, including brand strategy and plans, products and activations management and data analysis.

The Role and Responsibility of this person will include:

Marketing and Trade

  • Coordinating with APAC markets on the development of launch/animation plan, ensuring the launch elements (tools /props /displays /visuals/GWP) delivery on time, identifying opportunities and synergies in the region, and analyzing the sell-out performances
  • Ensuring the brand prestige image in omnichannel across the region
  • Supervise and ensure Point of sales animations run smoothly according to the trade marketing plan
  • Review animation proposal, promotion mechanism and define sell-out target for each animation
  • Coordinate between HQ and markets on the VM elements (visual collection for new launch, new opening, event, Pop Up)
  • Support Regional event arrangements, logistics, follow up on payments to vendors etc.
  • Marketing Calendar update collect each quarter from markets
  • Data analysis: Monthly and Quarterly reports, Best Practice Report
  • Competitor tracking and report - new launches, pricing collection, magazine clippings, making benchmark purchase.
  • Good maintenance of Marketing databases (marketing calendars, media plans, WIP status reports, etc


Profil

Position requirement:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in regional marketing,
  • Good communication and organization skills,
  • Self-driven and autonomous,
  • Precision in figures and languages
  • Agency experience is appreciated,
  • Possible to travel when border reopens (10% of time)
  • Fluent English and Mandarin (ability in Cantonese and French and other Asian languages a plus).
