The Loro Piana Flagship Store Manager is a High-End luxury industry professional, who has the ability to develop the business according to the set targets, fully represent Loro Piana Brand Image and develop customers brand loyalty, particularly within Top Clients and VIPs. She or He leads a team of 28/30 staff, including Department Managers, Operation Manager, Stock Manager, VIC Manager, Store Trainer. The role requires strong leadership and managerial skills in complex settings, the ability to be an excellent ambassador of the brand, externally and internally, and a well-developed business acumen.

Profil

Sales and Business Development

  • Optimizes global sales performance always raising the bar of the customer service standards, working for the continuous development of the staff product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitors constantly the store performance through the KPIs model, implementing specific action plans in cooperation with the Country Manager, in order to always improve sales
  • Is able to analyze general market context and to propose improvement measures accordingly.
  • Reflects the Loro Piana’s corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned to the Brand’ s DNA


Team Management

  • Lead and develop the managerial team of the store, ensuring the required actions are taken place according to guidelines and directions
  • Monitors the staff performance, deploys the quantitative and qualitative target, received from the Country Manager, to the sales staff and define, ensuring they are achieved by analyzing results, verifying monthly activities, making constant touch-base with the staff and setting up yearly appraisal
  • Ensures professional growth and training of the staff
  • Supports the Country Manager in the Store Staff scouting and selection process, always keeping attention to the personnel of the competitors store of the reference area
  • Creates a work team coordinating its activities in order to make sure that team members are always motivated and competent
  • Is responsible for the Store staff planning, in order to have always available the necessary resources to manage the expected workload, being constantly aware of staffing needs and sales regulations with the support of the Headquarters


Client Management and CRM

  • Is the ambassador of the brand (externally and internally), makes sure all our visitors feel welcome and at home, personally maintains excellent customer relationships and ensures high levels of client satisfaction, particularly with our VIC
  • Drives the team to deliver the highest degree of customer service by playing an active role on the sales floor, coaching the team members and fostering the clients loyalty to the brand
  • Ensures that all the Clienteling Campaigns and activities are done, work with the Sales Team on the strategy, coach them and deliver feedbacks


Visual

  • Oversees Visual Merchandising practices and standards ensuring that the Store image and product care are in line with the corporate visual merchandising guidelines, and that the Staff is aware of this standard
  • Ensures that the Store windows and displays are always in good order and maintained strictly complying with the Company directions
  • Constantly monitors sales performance and promptly informs the Visual merchandiser, the Buyer and the Country Manager about slow movers in order to set-up specific visual fitting and increase sales

Operations & Procedures

  • Ensures that all company Store operations procedures are well implemented
  • Guides the Operation Manager in the optimization the store operation (cashier, administration, logistic, e-shop)
  • Always maintains good communication with operations and other stores
  • Makes sure that the store surface is correctly covered and monitored in order to prevent possible thefts and losses
  • Ensure that the Anti Money Loudening and internal Loro Piana procedures are complied with


Stockroom

  • Monitors stocks, making sure that they are in line with the Store’s sales potential and reports to the Area Manager and to the Buying Function accordingly
  • Optimizes stockroom management in order to make sure that products are stored as efficiently as possible in terms of sales
  • Is responsible for the care of all the products and materials in the stockroom, in cooperation with the Stock Manager
  • Supervises and controls all activities connected with year-end, sector and rotation stock-takes by product category

  • Ensure all corporate stakeholders are well taken care of, ensure that the people who deal with corporate stakeholders provide timely, insightful and valid answers, contributing to raise the image of the store to the highest possible standards
  • Deal with most important stakeholders in person, and organize the flow of other corporate stakeholders
