Who we are!

We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef at our multi award-winning venue Victoria Street, the most exciting, multifaceted hotspot in London.

Our multifaceted venues, houses the award-winning M GRILL restaurant, a Private Members Lounge, destination Cocktail bar, Wine-tasting room and a secret Den, in addition to flexible private dining and event spaces. We are currently recruiting at our multi award-winning venue in Threadneedle Street most exciting, multifaceted hotspot.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our London based restaurants, serving officially the best and highest grades of beef on the planet, along with the finest wines from across the world. All our products are selected for their outstanding quality and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:
- Have the pace and eye for detail to work in a busy brigade
- Has a work ethic that matches our vision for the restaurant

- Ensuring freshness of products in use.
- Managing stock control and product ordering.
