HEAD CHEF

Head Chef is responsible for the successful management of a restaurant’s kitchen.
A Head Chef role covers a wide range of skills from developing satisfactory menus to problem-solving. As a head chef you’re as close to a superhero as it gets in the kitchen. Everyone in the brigade, from the kitchen porter to the sous chef, looks to you for inspiration – and you’ll have to hold your own with the front of house restaurant staff, too. To be blunt, your menus will set the tone for the restaurant, and the quality and pricing of the food you produce could arguably make or break the business.
Macellaio RC is seeking for a reliable Head Chef to join our team.
At Macellaio RC we focus on Fassona Piemontese meat, and we treat only the best Italian ingredients, and work with the best Italian producers.
