Play a key role in the Materials team to support the luxury experience our guests from around the world enjoy at one of the world’s best hotels.

We need an Assistant Logistic Controller to keep our hotel running smoothly.

About the role

The Logistics and Good Receiving team plays a key role in ensuring that all security checks and deliveries are received in good condition and are stored in line with Health & Safety regulations and brand standard policies. You will be assisting in the management of the Goods Receiving and Logistics team, ensuring daily recording, log keeping and reporting of all deliveries to be included in Loading Bay monthly reports. Other responsibilities also include:

  • Ensuring security checks in all vehicles and log the information, such as vehicle registration number, company name, delivery time, etc
  • Scan all vehicles in and out of the loading bay
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the loading bay area, goods receiving, truck lifts, including street level waiting area, and delivery area
  • Work together with management with regards to training of staff
  • Oversea and ensure of all goods been delivered to the hotel and ensure all deliveries comply with the SOP and Policy & Procedures
  • Management of unloading to Drop off Zones of building material
  • Ensure street level congestion is  managed and to ensure delay and obstruction does not occur to the highway and Royal Parks
