We are currently looking for a Breakfast Demi Chef de Partie to join our Breakfast Kitchen team here at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London.

Requirements

The Breakfast Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Contribute to the day to day Breakfast service
  • To assist with mise en place as required
  • To assist in production of staff food
  • To ensure that all buffets are stocked appropriately

Because our menus are designed around so many palates and plates, we have a huge variety of skills under one roof. Who wouldn't want to learn to make labneh from our dedicated Middle Eastern chef? Or to bake the perfect scone? And the best part: if you have a signature dish - a traditional recipe from your home town, perhaps - it could even end up on our menu.

The stunning re-imagining of The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, London along with the hotel’s destination restaurants and Mandarin Bar, were directed by esteemed New York designer Adam D Tihany.
