As we enter a new era following a multimillion pound extensive renovation, we are looking for a Group and Reservations Manager to join our Reservations team to drive the performance of the Reservations team towards achieving revenue and quality related targets for the Hotel, supporting strategic direction, determine pricing, drive sales of promotions, and explore revenue maximization opportunities to help position us as the leading luxury hotel in London.

As Group and Reservations Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To have full knowledge of all rates, room types, overall hotel product and hotel’s primary competition and drive this with the team.
- Support the Reservations team in carrying out arrival checks prior to arrival
- Ensure that all VIP and special requests are handled efficiently and accurately
- Work with the Sales Department and define booking terms, conditions and allotments for all transient segments
- To oversee revenue input and maintenance in both SMS and Delphi for all transient and groups entered
