This is a temporary position.

Manage milestone escalation process to help hotels remain on track throughout 2018 Big 4 Integration.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage Americas Integration Database, scorecards and other information to analyze performance and understand challenges with Americas hotels

Support maintenance of hotel and management company data that drive escalation process

Prepare for milestone escalations by drafting escalation memos

Manage milestone escalation processes to ensure accurate and timely distribution tiered escalations

Help above-property leaders, management companies and hotels rectify gaps in performance specified through escalations

Help to manage mailbox to support escalations

Record official escalation communication in ServiceNow software to support potential disputes about hotel compliance

Understand and raise challenges encountered by hotels

Lead and coordinate with other escalation managers to ensure escalation processes are executed consistently across Americas

Desired Skill Sets, Systems, Language Proficiency

Strong influencing skills, organized and follow through

Basic knowledge of Excel

Problem-solving skills

Property operations experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with Land-It preferred

Key Deliverables

Accurate hotel and management company contact information

Escalation memos

Escalation status reports

ServiceNow communication tracking
