This is what your day looks like:
- Preparing food for our restaurant, bar and banquet area based on our recipes and specifications and arranging it with great attention to detail
- Preparation of the mise-en-place
- Observing hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
- Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
What we want from you:
- A passion for cooking
- Very good team skills and an eye for detail
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen processes
- Guest orientation
- Stress resistance even in case of wrong orders or extra requests
- HACCP is no foreign word to you and a hygienic working environment is a matter of course for you
