Event Trainee
About the job
- Assisting the “Event Project Managers” in the development of projects related to event operations
- Drafting and page set-up of proposals
- Preparation of intermediate presentation files
- Follow-up of suppliers and external providers
- Creation of several communication tools (invitations, traveling programs, badges)
- Participation to internal meetings for operational organization
- Correspondence with suppliers & follow-up
- Search for locations and destinations
- Creation and handling of websites
- Registration list management
OPERATIONAL
- Implementation and handling of small events
- General support of the Project Managers
- Participation at the events as coordinator and/or assistant in Switzerland and aboard
- Site visits in and around Geneva
ACCOUNTING
- Accounting of own projects (financial reports, accounting files, client invoices)

About you
- Excellent knowledge in English and French (both in written and speaking)
- Excellent knowledge in Excel, World and Outlook
- Language required: English. French is a plus
