As our new HR Coordinator you will work under the supervision and guidance of our HR Manager and Director and work in close collaboration with our Global VP People & Culture. As a member of the Human Resources department you will support the HR Swiss team in designing, implementing and following up the HR strategy, procedures and processes.
 
Your mission
 
Employees’ Management

Manage the employee file for new hires from A to Z
Ensure all new employees receive a company induction and explains all benefits related issues
Manage the process of departing employees, conduct exit interviews
Control and payment of temporary staff payroll
Collection and preparation of permanent staff payroll data
Management of SuccessFactors (MCI Switzerland ERP)
Management of MCI Switzerland time tracking system
Regularly update internal HR systems (handbooks, guidelines, policies)
Ensure effective communication of HR practices, processes and programs
Coordination and follow up of insurance relation (AVS,LPP,LAA,MAL,APG,ALF)
Participate in HR projects as needed

Recruitment

Identify recruiting needs in collaboration with the managers for permanent and temporary positions
Manage full administration process including advertising, CV administration, filtering, selection and screening and applicants responses
Conduct interviews as part of the selection process
Develop and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies, schools and partners

Learning & Development

Coordinate the implementation of local induction
Logistical organisation of the company induction and provide HR training

Hospitality

Management of requests in hospitality with operational staff
Dashboard and budgets per event
Recruitment of hostesses/hosts (advertisements, selection, castings)
Management of the MCI Geneva Hospitality mailbox
Bank statements and reconciliation
Work certificate, unemployment documents

Internal Communication & Events

Provide active support in organizing regular staff events, info-sessions and other internal communication initiatives
Staff communication

Your profile

3-5 years of experience in a HR department
Hold a Master degree in HR or Brevet Fédéral in HR
Being able to work proactively and as a team player
Possessing good organisational skills and a high level of discretion and professionalism with a sense of diplomacy
Have an eye for detail and like to work with people
Power of trust
Excellent communication skills in French and English (Level C1), German would be an asset
Knowledge of the main software applications
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP experience
A good knowledge of the Swiss Work Law, insurances, taxes and payroll
