Job description

The Corporate Operations Support trainee reports to the Director of Operations and supports the the centralisation of the information about our clients processes and dissemination of the content to the others team members via our intranet (YUZU). The Corporate Operations Support trainee works also in close collaboration with the Finance & Operations Controller and assits in the handling of the account and create reports and figures for our clients

• Support in centralising information around client-specific processes and ensures these are communicated consistently to teams and stored in an easily accessible centralised location.
• Ensure security standards are understood and implemented in all client events.
• Assist and participate in regular internal operational meetings.
• Assist the Finance & Operations Controller in the financial handling of the account
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the business reports
• Consolidate budget figures for client reporting.
• Help in the preparation of internal administrative audit and external reporting documents.
• Ensure production, compliance and accuracy of client invoices
• Control supplier invoices for VAT reclaim purposes
• Guarantee that project & account cash flow reporting, completeness & accuracy
• Creation of the monthly newsletter
• Coordination of Bi-Monthly alignment call
• Assist in the management, optimisation and updates of the MCI Intranet (YUZU)
• Creation of presentation


• You are currently studying or have recently received a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Event Management, Business
• A degree from a hotel school / a tourism school / a business school will be a plus
• Very good analytical skills either internally (identification of the needs from operations) and externally (identification of client needs)
• Process and solution orientated
• Service orientated to the internal team
• Self-driven
• Strong team spirit
